Happy Independence Day! Holidays are often the most difficult times to stay on-track with healthy diet and moderation, and celebrations like the 4th of July can be particularly challenging! Eating loads of junk food and drinking to excess can be enjoyable in the moment but will leave you feeling miserable the next day and possibly for several days afterwards.
